Refund policies—Classes & TRAINING
Refunds are only given if a course is altered or cancelled by the Kelly Charlton. We do not accept responsibility for changes in students’ personal circumstances and reserve the right to alter/cancel any of the available courses. If there is reasonable cause, students may move their courses forward to a new date after booking and paying for a course. Kelly Charlton must be notified of this 24 hours prior to a course or the student’s course payment will be forfeited.
Refunds for Online Courses are not available. Kelly Charlton has ensured that all Online Courses have been developed within the guidelines set by Spam Assassin TM and is therefore not responsible for the rejection of any emails by individual ISPs or host servers. The buyer is, however, welcome to contact Kelly Charlton who will attempt to resolve any issues with email rejection.
Cancellation Policy for appointments
Last minute cancellations and no call/no shows result in wasted appointments,
clients unable to receive care and loss of earnings. Please read my cancellation
policy, which enables me to keep appointments running smoothly.
Due to the nature of Reiki and healing, many clients require urgent appointments.
During busy times I have a cancellation list whereby I am able to slot an
urgent appointment in immediately when a space becomes available.
Cancellation of an appointment
24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. This allows another client to
use the space. If 24 hours notice is not given you may be charged the full amount
of your appointment. You may also be required to pay in advance for further
sessions. Please understand that my time is valuable and urgent clients are
waiting for appointments.
No call/No Show
If you don’t turn up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged for your
missed appointment and required to pay for any further sessions in advance.
If you arrive late your session may be shortened however you will still be
responsible for paying the full amount. Time is reserved for your session and
lateness impacts on the next client.
